The Winemaker
Frédéric Leydet
We seek to preserve our terroir and its distinctive characteristics. With this aim in mind, we use organic products on our vines, and in our storehouse we seek to avoid masking the taste of the fruit by carefully monitored maturing in barrels. After all, let's not forget that wine is essentially grapes!
