We seek to master the "virility" of our wines by a proportion of Merlot which is a higher than average for our appellations. The optimum maturity of each parcel is essential in our eyes to obtain good quality wines. Elegance and finesse characterise our vintages and we work tirelessly all year round to achieve this goal.
